Account details (name, email, club info), booking and payment records, usage data, and any content you submit. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
How we use your information
To provide and improve the service, process bookings and payments, send transactional and (with consent) marketing messages, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run DeepPlay (e.g. payments, hosting, messaging) under contract, or when required by law. We never sell your data or your members' data.
Data retention
We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal and accounting requirements. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
